Delivery Despatch

All prints and cards will be despatched from my home studio in Bristol (UK) within 2-3 working days of the order date. All UK orders are posted by Royal Mail First Class. The estimated arrival time is 1-2 working days. If you suspect a lost delivery please complete the form on my Contact page, including your name, order number and address and I will get back to as soon as possible. Whilst I don’t offer next day delivery in my online shop, please do contact me to discuss an opportunity to arrange this for you.

EU Delivery Following BREXIT, orders to the EU may be delayed

Includes: The Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and Mainland Europe

All orders to EU addresses will be posted by Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated arrival time of 3-7 working days. Delivery dates can depend on your country’s postal service and could take up to one month. Postage to EU addresses start from £3.00.

Items are sent to the EU without a tracking number, for a secure tracked shipping upgrade please do contact me before you place your order.

International Delivery Due to the Pandemic, International orders have been temporarily suspended

Includes: Australia, Canada, USA and the Rest of the World

All orders to international addresses will be posted by Royal Mail International Standard. Please note this is not a tracked service. The estimated arrival time is approximately 7 - 10 working days. Delivery dates can depend on your country’s postal service and could take up to one month. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. Postage to International addresses start from £5.00.

Items are sent without a tracking number, for a secure tracked shipping upgrade please do contact me before you place your order.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order or any products, please email safaprintmaker@gmail.com or complete the form on my contact page.

Returns or exchanges are possible if posted back to me within 14 days when you have received your order. All items must be returned in the original condition, with all packaging intact.  Only return items once you have received confirmation from me – please note customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:

  • Items on sale

  • Seconds product offers

This Returns Policy is in addition to and not instead of your statutory rights.
